MR LAU KAY HENG, STEVEN

Steven has over 30 years of senior corporate management and corporate advisory experience spanning the Asia Pacific region for various renowned American multinational and Singapore listed companies in the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical, interior floor covering and environmental protection industries.

Steven is now the Chief Executive Officer of a Fintech Company in Singapore. Steven was the Managing Director of a independent corporate advisory firm fully licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, specializing in corporate finance advisory, private equity, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, IPO transactions in Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia and ASEAN.

Steven is currently sitting on the board of director of several SGX-ST listed companies. He has been the Chairman of Asia M&A Group, an alliance of member firms specializing in cross border merger and acquisition activities across Asia from 2013 to 2015.

Steven was conferred the prestigious Public Service Commission of Singapore Scholarship and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree and have served in the Singapore Police Force as a Senior Police Officer.
