MR KENNY NG
Mr Ng is one of the co-founders of Oakwood, a multidisciplinary professional services firm that offers integrated services to help businesses restructure and attain new corporate milestones.

He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant with both the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He has undertaken senior management roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer in several SGX-listed companies, developing and executing corporate strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, investments and overseas expansion, managing cost and debt restructuring programs, building banking and investor relationships, as well as managing various aspects of finance, treasury and investment functions. Prior to this, he has built a strong track record in finance, accounting, assurance & advisory with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, covering a range of industries from plantations, property development, construction, oil and gas to manufacturing.

There, he developed and executed strategic initiatives including turning a loss making Company to a profitable position.

In 2018, together with a group of like-minded professionals, Oakwood & Drehem Capital was founded to offer an integrated corporate advisory services that help businesses to create a sustainable financial solutions.

Through Oakwood, he hopes to help SMEs in Singapore and regionally to maximise the business valuations by unlocking its Intangible Assets by developing strategies to drive values and profitability by repositioning themselves in a rapidly changing environment and opening new avenues to investments or expansion opportunities.
