Adrian has had over 30 years of experience working in healthcare, communications and fundraising. Adrian started his career in the Civil Service having served in areas such as Transport & Communications, Manpower, Trade & Industry and Education. Over the past 13 years, he has dedicated his life to serving in the healthcare charity and volunteer welfare sector. As Director of Care Services, Adrian oversees the Red Cross Home for the Disabled, located in Bukit Merah, which is the nation’s only residential home for both adults and children with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. The home also runs a Day Activity Centre for the Disabled in Jurong West. Both facilities are supported by a team of dedicated nursing professionals, therapy and healthcare aides, physiotherapists as well as occupational and speech therapists. Adrian is also concurrently the Director for Partnerships and Development at the Red Cross. In his spare time, Adrian leads medical missions teams and organises leadership training in Indonesia
